If your camper is a competent angler seeking to up their skills and catch more fish, this is the camp for you! Campers will learn specialized skills including tackle selection for targeting local fish, a variety of useful fishing knots, fishing with slip floats, and advanced casting skills such as flipping and pitching baits. We will focus on largemouth bass and bluegill for this camp, though we can focus on other species based on input from campers. Ages 8-14.

Capture the Moment: IPhone Photography Camp

Become skilled with the use of your iPhone camera and use the best photo apps available. Learn how to take and edit photos, and how to troubleshoot the most common issues. The class will cover the principles of photography, the art of composition, how to find great lighting, and advanced techniques. Classes will consist of lectures, demonstrations, critiques, and discussions. Photo walks to on campus locations will also be part of the class,allowing students to apply lessons. Requirement: Bring your own iPhone. Ages 10 - 14.

Coding & 3D Printing Bootcamp

Come create with us! Through our 3D Printing, Design and Coding Bootcamp we will encourage students to develop their creativity and problem-solving skills. Using Sphero robots, instructors will demonstrate how to program a robot using Sphero Edu. Building on this strong foundation, students will be introduced to Tinkercad, an online design tool through which they can practice their 3D creation skills. After completing their projects, students take home a piece of their own creation. Ages 11 - 14

After designing and creating the quilt top, campers will apply backing and batting, encase and tie to finish the quilt. Ages 10 - 14
